Allow 1 business day to process your order before we ship it to you. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a shipping notification and tracking link once your order ships, which can take up to 48 hours to update. If you do not see your shipping notification in your inbox, please double check your junk/spam or promotions folder. In the table below you’ll find the shipping fees and the approximate delivery times.

** UNITED KINGDOM NOTIFICATION**

Brexit has come into effect since 01-01-2021. This means that the UK is no longer part of the EU and as such the UK government could charge you local VAT and duties on all orders exceeding 135GBP when you receive your order.  Please bear in mind that the courier could ask you to pay VAT to them directly when your order reaches the UK!

INCORRECT ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is your responsibility to ensure that you correctly enter the delivery address. We encourage you to thoroughly review your shipping and billing information prior to placing your order.We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please shoot us an email at hey@heycurls.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. If it's too late for us to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you have received it. We can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.

Extra Shipping Charges: If your package was returned to us due to an incorrect address and if you would like a refund, we will reduce the refund with the shipping costs we incurred to ship it to you.
